Kode With Klossy is a nonprofit organization focused on closing racial and gender equity gaps in the technology industry. They are seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Pathways & Partnerships to develop learning strategies and partnerships that equip community members with in-demand technical and professional skills.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development and implementation of a new strategic plan for technical and professional skill-building programs, ranging from virtual workshops to multi-day intensives, for KWK community members ages 18-26
Building on previous knowledge and insights, continue to assess:
The current technical skills landscape and identify opportunities for KWK to fill key gaps
The needs of companies hiring technical roles and what skills they seek when making hiring decisions
The processes and procedures related to promotion and recognition within companies
The approaches companies take to retain and invest in employees through learning and development and other initiatives
The technical roles within organizations and how they relate to each other
Facilitate sessions and/or manage facilitators to deliver engaging, culturally responsive learning experiences
Monitor participation and learning outcomes, capturing stories and metrics that demonstrate impact
Collaborate with partners to design technical and non-technical skill-building and mentorship opportunities aimed at strengthening early career talent
Align programming with funder priorities and surface participant impact stories for partner stewardship
Initiate, maintain, and deepen relationships with community members, mentors, employers, and content partners that enhance program quality and reach
Coordinate guest speakers, mentors, and volunteers who reflect the diversity of the tech sector and inspire the KWK community
Serve as an ambassador for KWK’s community at events and within partner networks
Partner with Marketing to craft compelling outreach campaigns that drive program participation and visibility
Contribute perspectives of community members 13-18 years old to organization-wide initiatives and strategic planning
Build and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines; ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to inform decision-making and funder reporting
Document best practices and standard operating procedures to support scale and sustainability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional experience
Strong understanding of the tech industry landscape, including perspectives about the technical skills that are crucial in the hiring and success of early career talent
Passion for inspiring and empowering young women and gender expansive students and a keen interest in STEM
Experience in recruiting or building learning and development programs for technical roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to tailor communications to different audiences
Excellent project management and organization skills
Experience in client-facing roles
Experience in facilitating small, midsize, and large group discussions and trainings
Capable of balancing multiple tasks while working cross-functionally
Desire to join an entrepreneurial, fast-paced organization
