Responsibilities
Maintaining and reconciling inventories
Partner with plant management and finance to investigate, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies
Perform inventory audits as necessary
Create inventory purchase orders and complete receipts for inventory
Set up inventory vendors and review and process inventory invoices
Complete intercompany transfers of inventory
Ensure that locations complete cycle counts on time and accurately
Help lead inventory counts as needed
Complete inventory adjustments in the ERP system
Support initiatives that ensure overall inventory accuracy
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, and multiplication)
Proficiency with 10-key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities throughout the workday
Preferred
bachelor's degree
Two (2) or more years of procurement or inventory management experience
Warehouse experience
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment
