Information Technology Coordinator
Vivos Holdings is seeking an Information Technology Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for technical support to users. The role involves providing efficient and accurate technical assistance, managing user accounts, and coordinating with third-party resources for IT system maintenance.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for quick and effective assistance with information technology systems
Guide customers remotely and in person through systems configuration, troubleshooting, security, and maintenance
Document requests in our ticket system and track them through to resolution/escalation
Participate in the team on-call rotation
Maintain accuracy of documentation for the IT environment
Coordinate with third party resources for repair and maintenance of IT systems
Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems to corporate standards and licensing
Manage user accounts within O365, MFA and other systems
Continue Professional Development by keeping up to date on IT industry technology and standards
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Associate Degree or Technical Certification with 1-2 years experience or 3-4 years experience providing IT end user support without a degree
Strong communicator and customer service oriented
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Write clear and complete documentation of systems and procedures
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Preferred
A+ Certification preferred
