Vaco by Highspring is a Professional Service firm located in the Iselin NJ area, and they are seeking a Compensation and HRIS Manager to join their team. This role focuses on developing a comprehensive rewards strategy to align employee rewards with business initiatives and support talent attraction and retention.
Responsibilities
Responsible for compensation for the development of a comprehensive rewards strategy that aligns employee rewards with results that support the overall strategic business initiatives
The compensation strategy will support and enable the company to attract, reward and retain the top talent on a global basis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in related area
7+ years progressively responsible, successful experience in a progressive HR organization
5+ years management experience
In-depth experience managing compensation, incentives, and HRIS functions
Extensive knowledge of the principles and practices for each area
Strong leadership qualities
Presentation skills
Analytical skills
Ability to lead the organization to higher levels
Preferred
ADP experience highly preferred
