Director of Revenue Operations

Responsibilities
Define and operationalize the revenue model across new logo, expansion, renewal, usage, and partner motions
Translate company growth goals into quota, capacity, and coverage models
Partner with the CRO and CEO on go-to-market design and scalable revenue motions
Analyze revenue performance and customer-level data to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
Own forecasting methodology, pipeline coverage, and early identification of gaps or risk
Support executive and board-level reporting with accurate, defensible forecasts
Design and administer commission and incentive plans aligned to ARR, margin, retention, and growth strategy
Own commission calculations, disputes, accruals, and audit readiness in partnership with Finance
Own funnel definitions from MQL through retained ARR and report on conversion, win rates, sales cycles, expansion, and churn
Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Ops, and Partners on definitions, targets, incentives, and operating cadence
Define data hygiene standards, systems governance, and ensure Salesforce and funnel visibility integrity
Establish and enforce SLAs and handoffs across Marketing, BDRs, and Sales
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Management, or GTM Operations within high-growth organizations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for GTM leaders
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across systems, data, and stakeholders
Strong change management skills, with experience driving adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models
Demonstrated ownership of CRM systems (Salesforce) and GTM data infrastructure, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Partner teams to align processes and metrics
Hands-on experience with modern GTM technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce, sales engagement tools, analytics and BI platforms, ABM tools)
Preferred
Master's or equivalent advanced degree preferred in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
