Responsibilities
Connect with business owners: Visit local companies to learn about their operations, challenges, and service needs
Identify and develop new opportunities: Prospect new leads through in-person networking, referrals, and community engagement
Conduct client meetings: Present communication solutions that improve productivity, reliability, and customer service for local businesses
Deliver consultative sales presentations: Use your training to listen, understand each client’s goals, and tailor recommendations accordingly
Support marketing and outreach efforts: Take part in local promotional activities, business expos, and community events that raise brand awareness
Represent the company professionally: Build a strong local presence through face-to-face conversations and networking with business leaders
Manage and grow relationships: Follow up with existing clients to ensure they’re satisfied and identify opportunities to expand their services
Collaborate with internal teams: Work with sales and marketing colleagues to plan campaigns, set goals, and review performance results
Maintain organized records: Keep track of appointments, client information, and progress reports to help drive consistent results
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Professional confidence and enthusiasm for working with people
A proactive, goal-driven approach and ability to adapt quickly
An interest in both sales and marketing
Preferred
Previous experience in sales and marketing is helpful but not required
