Responsibilities
Managing multiple projects simultaneously and interacting with others in a cross-functional team matrix
Establishing and communicating timelines among research teams both within and outside our department
Analyzing primary screening data using a variety of software packages and selecting antibodies with desired functional properties
Ensuring accurate and complete capture of relevant data into internal databases and data repositories
Presenting results of antibody discovery campaigns to our team, across departments, and to senior leaders
Keeping up to date on the latest advances in the field and contributing to team strategies
Data mining and summarizing results to assist with process improvements
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. and 0-4+ years of relevant experience or a BS/MS with 8-10+ years of relevant experience in Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology or related field
Experience running analysis on large datasets and synthesizing results
Demonstrated experience in project management, with strong analytical and organizational skills
Familiarity with laboratory automation and data management systems (LIMS)
Preferred
Working knowledge of Immunology with an understanding of antibody generation, structure and characterization
Experience with multi-well assays used in drug screening
Experience with high-throughput data analysis
A strong publication record in peer reviewed journals
