Responsibilities
Act as the overall ServiceNow solution and architecture owner
Lead multiple ServiceNow implementations with a focus on CMDB and ITOM
Design end-to-end architecture including Discovery, CSDM, HAM, and SAM
Create high-level and detailed design & architecture diagrams
Engage directly with customer stakeholders and leadership
Provide technical guidance and governance to offshore teams
Ensure best practices, scalability, and data quality standards
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer
Qualification
Required
Minimum 13+ Years of Experience required
15+ years of ServiceNow experience
Strong expertise in Discovery, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, and SAM
Experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong architecture and design documentation experience
Preferred
ServiceNow Architect-level certifications preferred
