Operations Analyst
Protegis Fire & Safety is a leading provider in fire protection services, and they are seeking an Operations Analyst to enhance their operational efficiency. The role involves analyzing data, generating reports, and supporting business decisions through data insights and metrics.

Responsibilities
Analyze operational reports to support all subsidiaries and branches
Review branch metrics and generate detailed analysis to operations weekly on new trends and data outliers
Use continuous improvement mindset to evaluate suite of reports and automate data processes
Streamline data and information consumption via BI tools
Advocate and educate the business to leverage BI reporting to make informed business decisions
Manage questions and issues from current reporting and BI tool users
Support rollout of new sites into software platforms, validating information is flowing properly
Help define business processes that support data integrity and reporting
Cultivate data quality, driving consistent information across multiple branches and subsidiaries allowing for improved reporting and metrics
Develop reporting for executives and board members related to base operations for services and construction

Qualification
Required
High school Diploma, or equivalent, required
Bachelor's degree in Business and/or similar, required
5 years Analytical experience
Superior data and analysis skills
Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers
3 years Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting BI tool(s)
5 years SQL
1-3 years DAX, R and Python
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required
Must be able to comply with SFPH's Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement
Occasional travel required, up to 20%
Preferred
Predictive/AI/LLM data modeling experience a plus
Understanding of Data warehouse design, ETL/ELT processes, and Medallion architecture, a plus
1-3 years Salesforce lightning and Analytics Studio experience, highly preferred
Azure and Fabric experience, preferred
3 years Timberline (Sage 300 CRE or equivalent), preferred
