Responsibilities

Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects
Define test strategy, test plans, and execution schedules
Ensure functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing coverage
Perform data validation and backend testing using SQL
Validate data accuracy and integrity in Snowflake and data warehouse environments
Coordinate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
Review test cases, track defects, and ensure timely resolution
Mentor QA team members and enforce QA best practices
Report testing status, metrics, and quality risks to leadership
Support automation initiatives as needed

Required

10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
3+ years of experience in a Test Lead or QA Lead role
Strong experience with backend and data testing
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and SQL
Experience with databases such as Oracle, Databricks, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases
Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, TestRail, etc.)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred

Exposure to automation testing frameworks
Experience in large-scale enterprise or data-driven systems
