Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of large-scale, distributed systems using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Python, AWS, and Azure

Integrate and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB)

Architect and deploy applications on AWS (Lambda, Glue, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS)

Design cloud solutions on Azure (AKS, App Services, Function Apps, Blob Storage, Azure SQL)

Implement cloud governance, cost optimization, security hardening, and monitoring

Lead automation initiatives using Python for ETL workflows, cloud automation, and infrastructure scripting

Architect container-based solutions using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), and GitOps platforms

Define and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and AWS CodePipeline

Collaborate with Product Owners, Cloud Architects, Quality Assurance Analysts, and DevOps teams

Lead incident investigations, performance tuning, and production stabilization

Required

15+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Python enterprise application development

6+ years of strong experience with both AWS and Azure architecture and services

6+ years of advanced Python scripting and automation experience

6+ years of deep knowledge in microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native design

6+ years of expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

6+ years of strong SQL and NoSQL database experience

Preferred

6+ years of prior experience working with emerging technologies and driving new capabilities and innovation

6+ years of experience in robust development practices ensuring low-defect products, with the ability to clearly articulate design and implementation details

6+ years of solid testing and validation experience, including working with simulated data
