Strong project leadership and coordination skills
Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field)
5+ years of overall industry experience
3+ years in approvals / compliance engineering
Proven experience leading product approvals testing programs
Hands-on experience managing certification and agency submissions
Deep knowledge of product certification and compliance processes
Experience working with testing laboratories and certification agencies (e.g., UL, FM, ATEX, IECEx, CSA)
Ability to lead and manage testing regimens end-to-end
