Responsibilities

Define and lead test strategies for major programs, including requirements verification, procedure development, and execution oversight

Author and review high-level test documentation including plans, procedures, readiness reports, and compliance matrices

Analyze complex test data, resolve anomalies, and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions

Oversee test campaigns involving multiple disciplines (thermal, structural, EMI, functional) and ensure full traceability to system requirements

Mentor junior engineers and serve as the technical point of contact for internal and external test-related communications

Interface with program leadership, customers, and regulatory bodies during design reviews and formal test events

Ensure compliance with industry and military standards for test planning and reporting
