The role involves being a subject matter expert for a digital workflow solution and managing multiple projects while mentoring and recommending best project management practices.

Responsibilities

Expertise overseeing and managing enterprise level SAAS implementations in the healthcare space
Ability to be the SME for a digital workflow solution on a client-facing level—managing multiple projects at once
Ability to mentor, recommend best project management practices, including tool ideation
Ability to work in an environment that needs maturing and direction—'start up' mentality
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)

Ability to be the SME for a digital workflow solution on a client-facing level—managing multiple projects at once
Ability to mentor, recommend best project management practices, including tool ideation
Ability to work in an environment that needs maturing and direction—'start up' mentality
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
PMP Certification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
7+ years of experience in Enterprise-level software implementation project management
Excellent experience managing client-facing projects
Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies and SDLC
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of information technology terminology and troubleshooting
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM or SaaS solutions is a plus
