Responsibilities

Leading and growing a high-performing internal communications team by setting clear priorities, coaching thoughtfully, and holding a high bar for quality and care

Balancing team capacity with business needs by managing workflows and focusing energy on the work that matters most

Partnering closely with People Services, Culture, and leaders across the company to plan and deliver internal communications that feel authentic and true to who we are

Jumping in when needed to write, edit, shape creative work, and provide constructive feedback to keep projects moving forward

Strengthening our internal voice and creative approach by listening closely to feedback, using data to improve, and thoughtfully adopting new tools, including AI

Helping ensure our stories, programs, and values show up consistently and meaningfully across internal channels

Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture

Required

Background in communications, creative leadership, brand storytelling, or content strategy

Translatable skills and relevant expertise

Ability to partner closely with People Services, Culture, and leaders across the company
