Responsibilities

Building, leading and developing a high-performing team
Driving new business development and expanding strategic client partnerships
Remaining hands-on with billing and delivery
Coaching and mentoring consultants in partnership with L&D
Shaping team structure, hiring plans and growth strategy
Playing a central role in the continued expansion of Skills Alliance in the US

Qualification

360 recruitment experienceLife Sciences expertiseClient account managementTeam leadershipCommercial mindsetRelationship buildingMentoring

Required

3+ years' experience as a 360 recruiter within Life Sciences, STEM or a clearly transferable market
Proven experience opening and scaling client accounts
Experience mentoring and developing junior consultants
Strong relationship-builder with a commercial mindset
Ambition to step into a senior leadership role with genuine autonomy and impact
