Responsibilities

Lead complex technical programs: plan, coordinate, and deliver enterprise-scale modernization or migration programs aligning with OCI's strategic goals
Cross-functional collaboration: align and execute initiatives across engineering, product, support, and field teams
Stakeholder communication: provide consistent program updates, conduct executive briefings, and manage global field expectations
Technical enablement: create and deliver documentation such as program roadmaps, solution guides, and workshops to support global adoption and troubleshooting
Metrics & risk management: track KPIs, dependencies, and risk; drive resolution and ensure delivery milestones are met on time and within scope
Operational excellence: conduct post-mortems, capture lessons learned, and partner with product and engineering teams to improve future program execution

Required

10+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions architecture, or related leadership roles
Proven program delivery experience in cloud infrastructure, database modernization, or large-scale enterprise migration projects
Cross-geography experience, coordinating globally distributed teams and stakeholders
Technical credibility: familiarity with Oracle Exadata, OCI, Autonomous DB, AWS, or hybrid cloud is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, including delivering executive updates and leading workshops
Metrics-driven mindset, balancing delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
