Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in creditors' rights and bankruptcy law
Licensed in North Carolina
JD from an accredited law school
Strong academic background
Research, writing, and advocacy skills
Experience in creditor's rights, collections, and bankruptcy areas
Confidence in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and client meetings
