Account Executive
Swiftlane is a leader in video intercom and access technology for the multifamily industry, focusing on enhancing security and streamlining operations. The Account Executive will manage the sales cycle, generate leads, and collaborate with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle for a set number of leads, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
Handle a pipeline of 75-100 opportunities
Make 500 outbound calls a week through Orum
Consult with prospects to understand their specific challenges and objectives and demonstrate how our solution can address their unique needs through the SPICED & Challenger method
Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support for clients
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate degree at an accredited university
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales metrics
Ideally someone who has experience in SMB & Mid Market sales
Has experience working independently and works well in a team environment
Preferred
+ if you have experience working at a startup
