Responsibilities
Lead and expand the firm’s national Healthcare Tax practice
Drive business development efforts and serve as a market-facing industry leader
Advise physician practices, healthcare groups, and hospital systems on complex tax issues
Oversee tax strategy, compliance, planning, structuring, and advisory work for for-profit healthcare organizations
Collaborate with cross-functional service lines (audit, advisory, valuation, transaction services)
Mentor and develop talent across the healthcare tax vertical
Represent the firm at conferences, webinars, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Current or recent experience in a public accounting firm is required
Deep experience with physician practices and for-profit healthcare entities is mandatory
Strong technical background across federal and multi-state tax for healthcare organizations
Proven track record of business development, market-facing leadership, and practice growth
CPA required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
A high-energy, entrepreneurial, collaborative leadership style
Preferred
Experience with hospitals, health systems, or related multi-facility clients strongly preferred
Master's in Taxation or Accounting preferred
