Lead Graphic Designer

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Design Lead to shape and elevate a fast-growing lifestyle and activewear focused brand. In this role, you will own the visual language across campaigns, content series, product launches, and brand experiences, guiding the look, feel, and craft quality of everything produced. The position requires a typography expert with bold designs and involves leading the development of visual concepts, creating brand identity systems, and mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of integrated visual concepts for seasonal campaigns, tentpole moments, and product stories across digital, social, experiential, and retail touchpoints
Create and evolve brand identity systems, including logotypes, typography, color palettes, layout rules, iconography, and design toolkits
Develop visual worlds for original content series (e.g., episodic video, editorial, social formats), including title treatments, show branding, graphic packages, and thumbnail systems
Translate strategy and creative territories into clear, ownable design directions and style frames that can scale across channels
Art direct and execute key assets: hero visuals, campaign layouts, product-focused compositions, and presentation materials
Leverage photography, illustration, retouching, and compositing to build premium visuals tailored to each initiative
Partner closely with creative directors, copywriters, producers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure design solutions are both beautiful and effective
Introduce and champion new tools, including AI-powered workflows, to accelerate exploration, reference-building, and iteration
Own the quality bar for design output across the team, providing clear feedback, guidance, and direction to internal and external collaborators
Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, helping them strengthen craft, taste, and strategic thinking
Ensure all work adheres to brand standards while continually pushing the visual language forward

Required

7+ years of professional experience in visual design for brand, advertising, entertainment, fashion, sports, or related fields
A strong portfolio that demonstrates refined taste, conceptual thinking, and a broad stylistic range across mediums
Deep expertise in typography and color, with a track record of building distinctive, scalable visual systems
Proficient in image-making — including retouching, compositing, and basic illustration — with the ability to adapt to different aesthetics as needed
Comfortable driving projects end-to-end: from loose idea and rough sketch to polished, production-ready files
Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion or prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Figma) a plus
Fluent in incorporating AI and emerging design tools into your creative process to expand possibilities and increase efficiency
Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills; able to present and articulate design decisions to both creative and non-creative partners
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
