Director of Mid-Market Sales
Orama Solutions is seeking a high-impact Director of Mid-Market Sales to lead a team of experienced Account Executives focused on scaling a fast-growing commercial business. This critical leadership role is responsible for driving new business growth across the mid-market segment and managing a team of 8-10 AEs while developing sales strategy and pipeline execution.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of mid-market AEs
Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth in the mid-market segment
Partner closely with Marketing, BDRs, and RevOps to drive pipeline creation
Forecast team performance, manage to key metrics, and ensure predictable revenue
Develop scalable outbound and expansion strategies in collaboration with GTM leadership
Hire and onboard top-tier talent as the team continues to grow
Cultivate a team culture of accountability, high performance, and growth mindset
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of leading and scaling mid-market sales teams in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments
Strong coaching ability and a passion for developing sales talent
Deep understanding of outbound pipeline strategy and sales operations
Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on when needed
Based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas area (this is an in-office leadership role)
