Responsibilities

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to develop cost, time, labor, and material estimates

Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and vendor bids

Assess cost effectiveness and pricing structures for products, projects, and services

Prepare itemized cost breakdowns, expenditure reports, and supporting documentation

Maintain proposal and quotation tracking for active bids

Collaborate with management to evaluate contract performance and pricing strategy

Support ISO 9001 and other audit preparation activities

Conduct occasional site visits to fabrication facilities, suppliers, or job sites as needed
