Office Administrative Assistant
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role involves managing office files, scheduling meetings, assisting with data entry, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize office files, records, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and handle travel arrangements
Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate documentation
Provide general administrative support to team members and management
Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly
Support basic financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget reporting
Qualification
Required
Financial experience required (e.g., handling invoices, budgets, or expense reports)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
