Responsibilities
Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot DNP3 field devices and RTUs supporting real-time grid operations
Design and maintain tagging models between Oracle NMS (LEC/FlexSCADA) and OSI Monarch EMS
Support SCADA upgrades, data migrations, and point validation across enterprise systems
Monitor, diagnose, and resolve communications, telemetry, and control issues
Use scripting (Python, Perl, etc.) to automate configuration, validation, and system tasks
Collaborate with EMS, SCADA, and field engineering teams during the Oracle Distribution SCADA transition
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience working with field-based SCADA and EMS environments
Strong knowledge of DNP3, including device configuration and troubleshooting
Experience with ICCP and two-way control
Understanding of virtual points, tagging, and telemetry mapping
Experience with OSI Monarch EMS and/or Oracle NMS (LEC/FlexSCADA) is highly valued
Working knowledge of Oracle databases / PL-SQL is a plus

Familiarity with NERC CIP compliance and security standards
