This role is critical to supporting the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of gas turbine hardware, focusing on hot gas path components. The ideal candidate will lead technical reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to qualify new processes and suppliers.

Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems
Enhance manufacturability
Ensure adherence to technical standards
Contribute to the development of standard work practices
Drive improvements in design and manufacturing processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience designing gas turbine hardware or similar rotating machinery (especially hot gas path components)
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and coatings
Familiarity with Ansys, NX, and GD&T
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and bills of materials
Preferred
Prior experience dispositioning non-conforming hardware
Knowledge of design templates and standard work practices
Demonstrated ability to shift priorities quickly based on business needs
Self-motivated, humble, open-minded, and eager to learn
