Responsibilities
Navigates through different servers to locate materials for different assignments
Reads electronic schematics from the discrete PCB component level up to complete module assembly
Reads machinery manual and technical document to aid in trouble shooting equipment process issues
Reads Bills of Materials to identify common SMT parts and works with manufacturing and engineering to identify, assemble and replace listed components as necessary
Reads mechanical drawings from the discrete PCB component level up to complete module assembly
Hand solder through hole components and modules
Hand solder Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components and modules
Hand solder and rework using a microscope to fine pitch down to 0402 and prefer 0201
Rework using PACE, Dragon or other BGA/Flip Chip rework station
Troubleshoots using test equipment through hole PCB's down to the discrete component level
Troubleshoots using test equipment SMT, to include surface mount PCB's down to the discrete component level
Organize and clean workplace areas and tech bench
Qualification
Required
