Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert in EVM, delivering independent analysis, strategic recommendations, and support for special projects, research initiatives, and integrated program management efforts across NASA
Offer expert consultation and analytical support to NASA programs, projects, Centers, and Mission Directorates, including participation in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), EVMS Compliance Reviews, Surveillance Reviews, and other independent assessments
Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of NASA EVM documentation, including handbooks, requirements, process guidelines, internal collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and website content
Design and deliver EVM training sessions and presentations tailored to NASA stakeholders
Actively support and present at quarterly EVM Working Group meetings and represent NASA at key industry conferences and symposia, such as the NASA Cost & Schedule Symposium, National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) events, and the Empower Users Group
