Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Own and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow CGI's footprint across the NYC Financial market. Drive year-over-year revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic partnerships
Sales Leadership & Business Development: Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from opportunity identification to proposal development and contract negotiation. Champion competitive pursuits and position CGI as a trusted advisor to public sector clients
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with customer leaders, decision-makers, and influencers. Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term account value
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic account plans, sales forecasts, and growth roadmaps aligned with CGI's business objectives
Team Leadership & Talent Development: Inspire and lead a diverse team of consultants and delivery professionals. Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and client success
Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure seamless delivery of consulting and IT services, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in IT and consulting services, with a strong track record in sales leadership and business development in large banks and financial institutions
Demonstrated success in winning large, competitive contracts
Established relationships with key decision makers within the NY financial services (banking) market
Proven ability to own and grow a P&L, with a focus on profitability and client value
Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels
Experience building and leading high-performing sales and delivery teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
