Responsibilities

Own investor accounts with a focus on building a long-term, high-quality investor portfolio
Convert qualified leads into active investors by understanding their needs, articulating Moonfare’s value proposition, and guiding them through the investment journey
Take a hands-on approach to portfolio oversight and performance discussions, offering data-driven insights tailored to investor goals
Confidently manage complex client questions, concerns, and objections — always aiming to deliver clarity and value
Prepare presentations, portfolio summaries, and communications that deepen trust and reinforce Moonfare’s value proposition
Bring a critical eye to internal processes and suggest ways to enhance efficiency and the client experience
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Investments to ensure a seamless and coordinated investor experience

Required

Candidates must already hold FINRA Series 7
Has a minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role, ideally in financial services, private banking, private equity, or investment management
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Possesses FINRA licenses (Series 7, 24, 63) or is willing to obtain them upon joining the company
Demonstrates a confident, professional communication style with the ability to engage sophisticated investors
Applies a structured and organized approach to work, with strong attention to detail
Proactive, independent, and resourceful — able to thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments
A team player with a global mindset and enjoys working across cultures and time zones
