Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Process existing client transaction requests with accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to all internal and external SEC regulations
Quality & Productivity: Work closely with tenured associates to meet high departmental standards for quality and productivity, minimizing rework
Client Service (5-10%): Develop proficiency in communicating with clients (orally and written) to clarify incomplete or invalid paperwork
Knowledge Development: Build a working knowledge of internal processing systems, departmental policies, and regulatory requirements related to client contact
Issue Resolution: Partner with tenured associates to handle complex processing issues and begin establishing contact with internal partners for research
Teamwork: Maintain effective relationships with peers and management, keeping the supervisor informed of team-impacting issues
Training: Full attendance is required for the initial 4-6 weeks of training
Qualification
Required
Education: Undergraduate degree preferred
Key Skills: Strong customer service, demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, problem resolution, and time management
Work Ethic: Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, work effectively within a team, and manage high-volume situations with time constraints
Feedback: Willingness and ability to both give and receive constructive feedback
