Responsibilities

Create and manage jobs and perform data entry in well data management systems to support daily operations
Maintain and improve data quality within well data and work order management systems
Support work order system activities related to well operations
Develop and maintain wellbore schematics using spreadsheet-based tools
Assist with performance reporting, dashboards, and data analysis using business intelligence platforms
Review operational and engineering data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Support continuous improvement of data workflows and reporting processes
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to meet data and reporting needs
Maintain documentation related to data management and reporting activities

Required

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI; working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
Experience with data management and data entry in well data management and work order systems
Advanced spreadsheet skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
Ability to perform data analysis using well data systems and business intelligence tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Creative and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred

Prior experience with wells and/or oil and gas operations preferred
