Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with an ability to cultivate relationships and address client needs effectively
Demonstrated Sales and Insurance knowledge to identify and tailor solutions for clients
Proficiency in Training and mentoring approach to guide and support team members
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work autonomously
Ability to meet licensing requirements in the insurance field
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
Proficiency in using technology for presentations, communication, and reporting
Preferred
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
