Responsibilities

Analyze vendor invoice and payment scenarios within the Accounts Payable process to ensure accurate and timely processing for a large public utility organization
Provide expert input on how AP and Treasury data can be leveraged to develop detailed cash flow forecasts, including scenario planning and "what-if" modeling
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to document functional and technical specifications, unit testing plans, and other project lifecycle deliverables
Clearly communicate complex payment and forecasting concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
(Optional) Assist with testing and reporting using SAP ECC, BW, SAC, and Azure DevOps platforms

Required

Deep understanding of vendor invoice & payment scenarios from both Accounts Payable and Treasury perspectives

Knowledge of functional specs, technical specs, unit testing, and the overall project development lifecycle
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred

Familiarity with SAP ECC, BW, and SAC solutions (preferred but not required)
General awareness of the Azure DevOps testing platform (optional)
