Responsibilities

Conduct business research and ad hoc analysis on product strategies and third-party vendors, providing insights that inform product development and client strategies
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities
Collect, document, and manage requirements, writing user stories and supporting Agile processes to ensure clarity and alignment
Oversee project lifecycle activities, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and reporting issues to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project goals
Assist with client inquiries and technical consultations related to product functionality and issues, serving as a key resource for client needs

Required

Completed Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field

Local candidates only (DC/MD/VA). The project start date is immediate, and on-site onboarding and meetings may be required with short notice
