Area Sales Manager
NM Group is expanding in Manhattan and is looking for an Area Sales Manager to help build and manage client accounts. The role focuses on long-term growth, aiming to develop candidates from assistant roles into managing positions within 12 months while thriving in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities
Execute marketing presentations and client campaigns
Provide daily updates to team leads and weekly KPI reports to account managers
Build and maintain site and client relationships
Travel for networking events (every 2–3 months)
Lead monthly team presentations to track progress
Stay informed on client initiatives and market trends
Conduct market research ahead of new campaigns
Identify and propose new revenue opportunities
Qualification
Required
Passion for the causes and brands we represent
Integrity, work ethic, and reliability
Team player with a strong competitive streak
Excellent communication and people skills
Excitement for leadership and personal growth
Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Based in NYC or able to relocate within 3–4 weeks
Preferred
MBA a plus
