Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Bell & Evans’ enterprise applications and IT systems across manufacturing, quality, and distribution
Partner closely with executive leadership, plant operations, QA, food safety, scheduling, and customer service to translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions
Own the performance, integration, and reliability of core manufacturing systems including ERP, MES, WMS, and quality systems that support live operations
Ensure enterprise applications and IT systems meet regulatory, food safety, traceability, and cybersecurity requirements while supporting operational excellence
Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies, upgrades, and integrations that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the business
Establish IT governance, standards, and KPIs that drive accountability, system adoption, and measurable business impact
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing IT team with clear ownership, strong execution, and a continuous improvement mindset
Oversee documentation, SOPs, and training to ensure systems are used effectively and consistently across operations
Manage IT budgets, vendors, and strategic partners to maximize value, reliability, and long-term scalability

Required

8+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing or production-driven environments
A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong experience leading enterprise applications and integrations that support operations, quality, and distribution
A hands-on, accountable leader who enjoys being close to the business and seeing initiatives through from strategy to execution
A collaborative partner who can translate operational needs into practical technology solutions and communicate clearly with executives and front-line leaders
Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams with clear ownership and follow-through
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and leadership presence matters
