The Repro Assistant Supervisor will lead a production team in processing plastic materials, ensure safety and quality, and support team members in achieving operational goals.

Responsibilities

Train new employees, operators, and material handlers. Fill in for Supervisors as needed

Actively promote plant safety and environmental programs and procedures

Inspect equipment and product to ensure optimum safety, utilization, and quality

Communicate with all employees concerning safety, scheduling, problem-solving, overtime, vacations, and training

Review, analyze, and act to correct non-conformance in safety, production, policies, and procedures

Break out Operators, Assistant Operators, and Material Handlers as needed

Lead, coach, and support line process teams to improve quality, increase flexibility and reduce costs

Promote and implement our Core Values daily

Ability to understand and work well with team members, both in operations & support teams
