They are seeking a Cognitive Program and Project Manager to provide program and project management assistance, track project progress, and manage mobile care initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provides program and project management assistance
Assists in tracking project progress and deliverables
Provides essential daily management of mobile care initiatives
Proactively responds to internal and external requests for information and ad hoc updates
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to complete tasks related to the mobile care operations
Develops and contributes to departmental communication and planning
Plans, implements, and tracks the progress of targeted initiatives to support the mobile team

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree required
2 to 4 years of project and program coordination. Experience managing diverse programs within a large health care system beneficial

Exercising judgement with frequent interruption, competing stimuli, and stress
Collaborative decision-making
This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job
