Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Check in/check out vehicles for installation work
Answer phones and transfer calls as needed
Conduct telesales and perform outbound calling
Research and qualify prospective business customers
Take and accurately process payments
Assist with simple quotes and customer communication
