Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, and they are seeking a Resort Operations Intern at their Corporate Office in Orlando, Florida. This internship will support Corporate and Field Resort Operations teams by assisting with initiatives that enhance operational consistency and performance, including onboarding processes and purchasing compliance.

Responsibilities

The intern will support an associate onboarding project by evaluating current practices across Corporate and Field Resort Operations and helping develop more consistent, efficient procedures in partnership with key stakeholders

Assists in identifying opportunities to reduce liability claims by reviewing incident trends, supporting process improvements, and partnering with Corporate and Field teams to strengthen preventive practices

The role supports resort purchasing compliance by assisting with reporting, process reviews, and coordination with Corporate, Field Operations, and key partners to ensure adherence to established policies and controls

Required

Currently enrolled in university and working toward a bachelor's degree

Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2026 in Orlando Florida

Work in the Orlando corporate office M,T,W and be remote TH,F
