Responsibilities

Manages contract security staff and critical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms)

Develops emergency response and security plans for corporate buildings, branches, and ATMs

Conducts risk assessments, inspections, and investigations related to threats, incidents, and criminal activity

Serves as a key liaison with building tenants, landlords, security vendors, Santander business partners, and local law enforcement and fire departments

Leads security projects, incident escalation and reporting, workplace threat response, and supports special events, VIP visits, and high-risk employee actions

Drives continuous improvement of security and safety initiatives to ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and visitors
