Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering sessions with supply chain business owners through interviews, workshops, and discovery discussions
Perform process mapping and analyze current state supply chain workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas
Apply quantitative models to solve analytical supply chain problems such as forecasting, replenishment, inventory planning, and logistics optimization
Define structured and testable technical requirements for software and system implementation teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, IT, Engineering, and regional stakeholders
Translate analytical results and technical roadblocks into clear business-focused narratives for stakeholders and leadership teams
Design and deliver Tableau dashboards and reports that support decision-making, operational KPIs, and supply chain insights
Support software and system implementation initiatives across large organizations and multiple regions
Drive solution planning and delivery alignment for multi-team, multi-region programs
Manage deadlines, dependencies, risks, and communication across concurrent supply chain workstreams
Maintain high-quality documentation including process flows, technical requirement artifacts, system design inputs, and stakeholder communication summaries
Qualification
Required
6+ years of hands-on Supply Chain experience in data-driven analysis and complex analytical modeling
Proven ability to lead cross-regional supply chain programs independently
Experience defining technical requirements and supporting enterprise software and system implementations
Strong knowledge of supply chain models, heuristics, forecasting, inventory optimization, and analytical problem-solving
Expertise in quantitative analysis to solve complex supply chain challenges
Hands-on experience with relational databases and advanced SQL
Experience with Tableau for analytics, dashboards, and business insights
Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams
Experience collaborating with product, IT, and regional business stakeholders
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical outcomes and technical constraints in business terms
Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities with strict deadlines
Experience working in large, global, multi-region organizations
