Responsibilities

Aid in the maintenance of award administrative records in the Electronic Grants System (EGS)

Confirm that progress reports adhere to the appropriate template/format and reporting requirements

Evaluate projects for scientific and/or budgetary overlap

Update EGS to reflect appropriately formatted award outputs (publications, patents, etc.) during the award period of performance and upon closeout

Complete post-award follow up to capture related publications, patents, presentations, and follow-on funding

Assist with award coding/classification, data capture, and alignment to facilitate portfolio analysis and reporting
