Required
Professional customer service experience with a strong track record of success
Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
Ability to convey information clearly and professionally via phone and email
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset
Positive attitude with a desire to learn the full product lifecycle
Be able to regularly lift/move up to 25lbs
Preferred
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred (military service considered case-by-case)
Spanish fluency preferred but not required
