Responsibilities
Take warm inbound leads (think: roofers, contractors, small biz owners) and convert them into paying clients
Design and optimize follow-up cadences (SMS, email, call) that actually get results
Run proof-of-concept calls that build trust and close fast
Re-engage older leads with smart sequencing and automation
Partner with marketing to tighten the funnel and supercharge conversions
Build the playbook — then build the team to scale it
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in sales (digital marketing, SEO, Google/Facebook Ads is a plus)
A proven track record closing warm leads in fast-paced environments
Experience designing high-converting nurture sequences across channels
A builder's mindset — you don't just follow playbooks, you write them
Strong communication skills — you connect, not pitch
Preferred
Bonus: You've used AI or automation to improve follow-up and speed to lead
