Responsibilities

This position provides administrative and technical assistance to the Project Management Team

Developing and maintaining appropriate logs for submittals, shop drawings, RFI logs, etc.. (any project documentation)

Process "Request for Information", review schedule, costs and ramifications of each

Become familiar with contract drawings and specifications

Receive, review, forward and track status of submittals and change orders

Perform quantity take-offs and contact trade contractors for change order requests

Required

Experience within the Construction Industry

Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to this role

Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS

Ability to both manage and be part of a team

Ability to develop strong business plans

Experience utilizing Microsoft products + scheduling software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
