Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and related policies

Manage both new business inquiries and existing client accounts, from quoting through binding and ongoing service

Review client needs proactively, recommend appropriate coverage options, and explain policies in clear, approachable language

Identify coverage gaps, life changes, and opportunities to enhance protection over time

Collaborate with carriers, underwriters, and internal team members to secure competitive pricing and strong coverage

Support clients through policy changes, renewals, and general service requests with care and urgency

Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and follow internal processes for service and compliance

Stay current on personal lines products, carrier offerings, and regulatory requirements

Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships
