Chief Development Officer
Susquehanna Investment Group is seeking a Chief Development Officer (CDO) to be a core member of the senior management team. The CDO will be responsible for the company's growth strategy, business development, and establishing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's overall development strategy, working with the Board of Directors and CEO
Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, business models, and strategic directions
Drive the company's strategic upgrade from early-stage to large-scale development
Overall planning for the company's business development, market expansion, and strategic cooperation
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and ecosystem partners
Drive the implementation of major cross-industry and cross-regional cooperation projects
Support the company's financing, M&A, and strategic investment efforts
Collaborate with finance, legal, and external advisors to design reasonable transaction structures
Integrate internal and external resources to improve capital and business synergy efficiency
Work closely with product, technology, marketing, sales, and operations teams
Ensure the feasibility of development strategies and their progress as planned
Coordinate resources and resolve key issues in the implementation of major projects
Build and lead business development and strategic project teams
Establish development-related processes, indicators, and management mechanisms
Develop the organization's capabilities in strategic thinking, market insight, and cooperation negotiation
Provide support to the CEO
Report regularly to the Board on the implementation of the development strategy
Provide the Board with decision support regarding growth, partnerships, and investments
Identify and manage key risks in the company's development process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
20+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or senior management
At least 10+ years of senior management or cross-departmental leadership experience
Macro-strategic thinking and long-term planning ability
Excellent business negotiation and relationship management skills
Cross-departmental collaboration and complex project management ability
Results-oriented and highly efficient
Preferred
Experience in technology, platform, or high-growth companies
Familiarity with heavily regulated or specialized industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, new energy, blockchain)
Experience in international or US market expansion
Experience in financing, M&A, or strategic investment
