Prospect & Build Relationships – Identify & engage businesses and individuals looking to sell equipment, trucks, and ag equipment

Close Deals – Secure consignment agreements through strategic negotiations

Grow Your Territory – Expand your client base and become the go-to expert for equipment sellers

Drive Revenue – Consistently deliver high-value consignments for our auctions

Be the Face of Bar None Auction – Represent our trusted brand and provide top-tier service

Qualification

Proven Sales Track RecordIndustry KnowledgeCRM & Sales SavvyCommunicatorSelf-Motivated & Competitive

Required

Proven Sales Track Record – You're a hunter who thrives on cold calling, networking, and closing deals

Industry Knowledge – Experience in construction equipment, trucking, or auto sales is a huge plus

Self-Motivated & Competitive – You're driven, persistent, and thrive under pressure

Excellent Communicator – You can build trust, negotiate, and deliver results

CRM & Sales Savvy – Experience with lead tracking, prospecting tools, and effective sales strategies

Valid Driver's License – You'll be in the field meeting clients and closing deals
